Sip & Soothe: Herbal Self-Love for the Nervous System

This beginner-friendly herbal workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself through gentle, grounding plant medicine. Kanna’s resident herbalist, Suzy, will be leading the workshop.

We’ll explore how stress affects the nervous system and how supportive herbs can help bring the body back into balance. Together, we’ll taste, smell, and learn about calming herbs like lemon balm, oat straw, tulsi, rose, and lavender, while discussing their traditional uses and modern applications.

Guests will be guided through creating their own Self-Love & Nervous System Tea Blend to take home, along with simple brewing tips and daily ritual ideas. We’ll end the evening by sipping tea together in a calm, cozy setting.
